My husband was pretty stoked when I told him about this forum. He asked me first thing this morning if I learned anything new from here. I did... we should get some drywall bags for our new little stove vac before we burn out the motor.
Thing that I really like is that the stove is one corner of this room and the MAC is in the other corner, so I'm 10 feet away from it while I'm visiting this site. Hubby's always checking the burn pot (like every 10 minutes!), so I'm seeing a bit more of him than I'm used to.

While I don't have a spouse, my best friend told me about this site, and what a great place it is to learn about the stove. I've been reading it even before I got the stove, and am active on it only now that I HAVE the stove.

Yeah, I'm on here a lot more than he is. He finds that amusing! He can laugh all he wants............he's the one who installed the stove and who I run to for help, being the helpless female I am........

My boyfriend teases me. But, I know more about it than he does.

The best of both worlds, a pellet stove and a real computer....guess what kind I have? LOL (watch all the PC/Windows user hate mail I get now).

LOL macman! Funnier thing is that we still have 2 Windows laptops... I get more work done on the mac because I'm not fixing it all the time!
But I will say this for Microsoft; if it weren't for Windows, I'd no absolutely nothing about computers!
Guess I'll be getting hate mail, too... but I do really enjoy this mac, and I'm loving my warm house!!!!!

PS... my husband gives me more grief about monopolizing 'his' computer than he does about anything else. I guess that makes the stove mine??! macman, which mac do you have? We have the iMAC 6,1.

PowerBook G4 here. I guess it's about 4 years old, still going strong.

I take care of about 450 Macs at work and about 100 Winders boxes. Guess which I prefer?

The 450 non-squeaky wheels??? just guessing.

It's too easy to hijack a thread when computers come into the conversation.... maybe we should start a new thread and take a poll.."How close is your computer workstation to your stove?"

I visit about a dozen forums every day, she just knows I am on the computer. If you want to learn about anything, go to a forum.
