Another newbie looking for advice

Bought the new stove pipe today, installing it tonight. The tile behind the stove is an inch and a half from the wall, on a fireproof board, and the tile under the floor has been fine for the 7 years we've been burning on it - barely gets warm with the bottom heat shield in place...

Our insurance company is happy enough with it, and so are we!
