Advice Needed: Woodstove for three-sided Fireplace?

FWIW, we have a Jotul Kennebec insert in our double-sided fireplace. The installer offered to paint the sheet metal rear panel black, but with the existing chain mesh curtains it is very well hidden and we only open the glass door on the back side if we want heat in the dining room, so it worked out very nicely for us.

I was on the Jotul UK site today and see they have solutions too. The i520F series comes in variations from 1 to 3 sided glass.
