Wouldn't burn that in the stove!
Dude you stack everything perfect dont you?I save a little sample from every new brand and even different years.
The vintage 2010 AWF were the looong ones. Since then, they have all been short and this year they are a fantastic pellet. Short, hot, clean..
I also save a Bag from each brand. I am up to almost 20 different brands.
These are all different brands. I have other samples, but they are year to year of these brands to compare. But I aldo measure heat with a Cole Parmer K-type thermocouple and stack my pellets with a laser line and plumb.
Jotting everything down in a notebook, along with usage (fuel and electric).

Not surprised its a Pennington. Most pellets in the bag are mini drinking straws. My entry is MOAP (Mother Of All Pellets). Here she is, all 3.75 inches of her. Pennington produced MOAP.
LoL....If that's your pellet. You absolutely have to post a pic of your stove.Well, I don't know if this one qualifies, it has been exposed to water, and I didn't have a tape on me when I ran across it on the shore. Musta fell off somebody's truck while they was goin' acrost the bridge, I guess .................. Still workin' on gittin' it winched up over the bank, if I kin git 'er up, I'll see if the ol' St. Croix will burn 'er...........
