Yep they were on the compost pile, he decided he wanted them to himself. I think he will return for some more tomorrow.

Gamma, that reminds me of the squirrels around here. We feed them peanuts in the shell. Last year they were real friendly, and I was able to feed them right out of my hand while wearing a glove. We had so many that they were called "hawk bait".
