Hi all,
The upper 6 inches or so of the front of the hopper that holds the pellets to my whitfield traditions 11 gets very hot( not red glowing hot but hot to the touch) especially within the first few minutes . Is this normal? I've never noticed it before. The "fake firebrick" in the rear of the stove has seen better days but I don't know if this a possible cause. Thanks
