My Hampton GC60 has a 3" fresh air intake but the fresh air duct is a 2" and I can't find a 3to2 connector anywhere. Does anyone have an online resource for such?

Take a look at a NAPA or another auto parts store in the exhaust adapter section.
You'll probably find exactly what you need

If the stove has a 3" inlet on it, then I would think connecting a 2" feed pipe to it, may be too restrictive. Probably best to replace the 2" pipe with 3". At least that's easier to get a hold of, than the other way around! ;-)
