It would be great to get it to burn right but I still wont be able to control it by thermostat

You could try both and see which gives you the best heat. Usually the bottom 3 settings only affect the heat settings 1&2. I don't know why the holes are there. I don't have the 25-ip I'm just trying to help get you burning good.

I thank you for your help the stove is burning better ...I will keep on tinkering and will get back to this thread if something comes up will be ordering a control board for this unit ..thanks you very much ..I'll be back

Ssyko 7 4 1 seems to be going good..notice the drop rate went from 7 to 6 seconds everything below 7 the drop stayed a 7 second
