(back) Subject: Re: HVAC PRICING From: Skip Jackson <[email protected]> (by way of [email protected] (Craig Issod)) Date: Sat, 22 May 1999 11:20:36 -0400 (EDT) Dear Jeff, Do not sell the products of a manufacturer that distributes like that. Tell customers that they can relay that the new high tech appliances from your store will be installed properly. The customer is putting a big fire in the middle of his home. Does he want some carpenter or pipe fitter to install it? If someone calls with trouble with a unit not installed by you give NO advise (for legal reasons) over the phone. The unit must be physically inspected at TWICE the normal inspection rate. Skip Jackson Fireside Engineering
