I haven't made calzones since July or so. Pretty nice afternoon, t-shirt weather in the waning afternoon sun.

I have the timing down that when I start the oven, I can make fresh dough and let it rise for an hour and the oven will be ready by then. I could have cooked at least 4-6 more as I had it really hot tonight.
