Quadrafire Classic Bay 1200. Been running without issues for years. Of course, during the coldest time of the year, we heard a loud 'POP', it tripped a breaker in the panel and would not turn back on.

Replaced the control board and now the unit behaves this way; it'll drop pellets, get started, but not continue. If you hit the reset button, it'll do it again.
Difficult to see in the end of the video below, but the new control board emits a red light when you can hear the (assuming) auger turn off after about 10 minutes and the flame starts to die out. According to the board instructions, this indicates the thermocouple is above 600 degrees, but the thermal camera I have doesn't register the area around the burn pot above 210.

The only difference (besides the control board) is we don't know if the feed limiter (the black sliding part inside the hopper) is set the exact same as it was, since we had to remove it to check the auger and snap disc.

Troubleshooting steps completed:
Checked main fuse - Verified continuity
Verified Snap Disc #1 is "functioning" - Not sure if temp is an issue but we did get a 'click' when putting a flame to it long enough. Definitely getting voltage across it.
Verified thermocouple is not broken - Checked continuity, but unable to test voltage as I think it might be too low for my meter.
Verified thermocouple cover is intact.
Jumped out the vacuum switch with no change.
Believe Snap Disc #2/#3/auger/power are all functioning n
ormally.

With a quad the thermocouple is the proof of fire +. It needs to start a fire reach a set temp and then it will feed more pellets till it hits the second set temp and after that it will go into run mode. All this happens in 12min +\- or it shuts down. What is the cause is air leaks around the ash pan, and main door, or the exhaust is restricted ie. Ash in the flue, ash in the stove. Something in the intake tube.

Did you set the new box setting to 1?
