Does anybody know if i can get a wireless thermostat besides the one that quad sells for my santafe? I would really like the setback feature and no cords.

thanks

I can appreciate the desire for wireless, but they're pricey. Problem is that they are typically made for heating and cooling and are often overkill for the basic heating task of switching a pellet stove. I found that by routing the wire discretely along the bottom edge of the baseboard I could hide it. I pulled the baseboard, and rabbited the back, bottom edge with about a 3/16 notch for the wire. I have a nice wired, digital thermostat that I no longer use from our 1200i. PM me if you're interested.

A switch is a switch is a switch almost. Any thing 24v or millivolt will work. Ambient sells a nice one. Wireless programmable battery operated. Be sure that the reciever is placed far from heat. I know that some stove co's use X brand remote because of heat issues etc.
