Who makes custom pellet baskets?

I got a wood burner in the sauna and have been burning pellets in it since 1.1.2012. I had bought a custom stainless steel basket on eBay back then. The basket is all warped as it was made from perforated sheet metal. I contacted pelletbaskets.com and got nowhere. Also tried on Etsy and some internet listings.

I need a basket preferably like this, just not sloped...

5-3/4" to 6" tall with feet
8" width
14-1/2 " length

Any ideas who can make a custom basket?

I would reach out to local welders. A good one should be able to fabricate one for you. They could even use you existing one as a model for its replacement

Well that is a interesting thing never would have thought of one of those.. For what they are charging you will never find a welding shop that can produce something even close to that price.

Don't know how good pellet baskets are for home heating in an open fireplace. I've only used it in the sauna, but it seems to smoke a lot.
