Hello

Need help my Whitfield renaissance ww1 has 5 settings it was on setting 3 when it stopped working put it to 2 works 1 works 4/5 works but back to 3 nothing what could be causing this? Usually it has been working past few days 3 seems to be cutting out after an hour or so

Does it have the old style board? if so your Potentiometer (pot) is probably worn or dirty in position 3. You can try to spray some electronic cleaner down the shaft and work the dial back and forth. Could clean it enough to work. They are also replaceable.

What part seems off, the time that the auger runs, the time that the auger doesn't run(cycle time) or the Draft (Water Pressure)?

I don't think that those adjustments are your problem I believe your feed dial (Potentiometer) is either dirty or just worn out and needs to be replaced.
