Which one should I buy?

Greetings all. Hard to believe it's time to start thinking about heating the house! I'm looking at a couple of used stoves and am interested in which you think is best.

AVALON ASTORIA

QUADRAFIRE CLASSIC BAY 1200

Both seem to be nice units...similar btu output, age and price.

Reliability and ease of maintenance/cleaning are important to me. Which do you think is a better stove? Thanks!
 
I would first consider which can be serviced by a local dealer. I can attest that cb1200 is a solid machine.
