What size flashing.

Nub here, I know what makes sense but never purchased and sometimes sizes are per particular item. Wood stove with 6 in pipe going into a chimney pipe with 6 in inside but 8 in outside. How is the flashing sized 6 or 8? Thanks

Order the flashing made to work with your chimney system. In that case flashing made for a 6" chimney will be right
