What Kind of Hearthstone Insert is This?

Hi, we bought a house that has a Hearthstone fireplace/insert (honestly not sure what it's called, I think the latter) but I'm not sure what model. Can someone help confirm? I believe from doing research online it's a Clydesdale but the lever looks to be on the wrong side and it doesn't look to be extending out as much as the pictures I've seen online.

1. The door can be removed and reversed (as here.)
2. The unit has a range of clearance options in case people want it more flush or need to keep it away from combustibles. Most people like them sticking out more for better heat transfer, and fitting thermometers or steamers on top.
