Can you describe what additives you are using in your OWB. One guy near me is selling a gallon for $20 and the other guy (who is closer to me) is $65/ gallon???!!!

Is he smoking something.... or are there some additives worth that kind of money?

Thanks

I used this outfit. Very helpful and the prices, to me, seemed reasonable.

This is the same stuff I used on my CB. Had excellent results and service also.

For 10 years all I used was sodium sulfite, about an ounce or so every month during heating season. Never saw rust in the water. Then I sold the boiler and took the high road with Tarm gassifier.

I use the stuff CB sells, they require it for the warranty so I figure it must be good. 1650XL inhibitor plus, don't remember what it cost .
