I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area, and have a Ravelli Ecoteck Monica. It works great, after I bought it used and replaced the auger motor, but whenever I start it up, it goes through a start cycle and throws a "pellet finished" error. I stir up the pellets in the hopper with my hand, and then it starts up fine.
I'm suspecting its the brand of pellets I'm using. Maybe they are too long.
In the forum I see a lot of brands that can only be found on the East Coast.
I've tried Tractor Supply, Lowes and Home Depot pellets, and its always the same.
Anybody on the West Coast have a pellet brand and source they can recommend?

thanks in advance for any replies.
