Yes, I had the full 2 day Training from Napoleon on them. They are very new with all the bells and whistles. Made in Italy and imported by Napoleon in Canada with changes to meet all the US EPA and FCC requirements for a WiFi controlled heating appliance. :)

Would it be as good as a harman?

Good Question
I really have no personal use experience with these stoves but they are a good stove,
I do have a lot of experience with Harman stoves and they are certainly one of the very best!

Thanks for your help trying to find reiews on vicenza is nearly impossible

I tried to find the original manufacturer (they are not sold under the Vicenza brand here) but failed. They could be made by Thermorossi or Nordica (both near Vicenza) but I’m not sure. If you can add some additional information I’d be glad to help.

They are imported and modified and sold by Napoleon in Canada for this Country. Vincenza is the region in Italy where they are developed and manufactured
Have you seen this?
So they come from Barrie Ontario

Don, I live 80 km from Vicenza (it’s a town in the Veneto region). I was looking for reviews on some Italian forum to help the OP. Do you know the name of the factory that builds Vicenza stoves and send them to Napoleon?

No I do not know the name of the Factory but my Trainer at Napoleon who gave us the Vicenza training was trained over there at the factory.
You can contact our Trainer

or Tina Hemming the CoOrdinator and maybe easier to reach.
