I keep telling my girlfriend how amazing my stove is, so I thought I'd post my thoughts about it in here as well.

It's a Sirocco 20.2. I'm just constantly amazed at how long it will burn my Doug Fir pieces. It's just wild. I keep thinking "No way, that fire HAS to be out," and then I turn it up a bit and I can see glowing coals after so many hours and I'm not in a rush to reload like I thought I'd be. It's a small stove but the heat output and performance are really great.

I guess I don't really have much of a point to my post, but it'd be nice to hear from other Blaze King owners about how much they love their stove and maybe a few pointers on how to keep it running good. I find it runs better when I make sure to do frequent hot burns, hot enough to burn the glass door clean. I think it helps the catalytic burner to stay unclogged too. It seems to run better with hot burns, rather than letting it burn out and starting cold. And, if it's not turned down too, too low either.

Yep, this is my second season in, and I think this is a marvel of engineering and a really well-built product (if there are any BK reps or employees reading this, please don't let it go to your heads! -- LOL)

No other stove offers the same wide range of outputs with thermostatic control which is really what makes this stove brand stand out. If BK stopped selling stoves then about the closest competitor is woodstock.

Lots of stoves can burn hot and fast. Lots burn cleanly, and efficiently.
