It looks clean, but Bailey's is selling them NEW for $495 with a warranty.....

Ya think? Still a good price for good saw though.
 
Decent saw for a decent price if you want one call the Home depots in your area they sell them for 175 to 250 depending on the age from what the HD rental people told me . I paid 215.00 and the saw runs /cuts great
 
I would want to know what the compression is, how many pulls to get there & if you pull the rope real slow does it stop solid & not leak down(very slowly is ok). I personally would not want a saw that does not have 150 psi compression. Randy
 
Same here.
Got mine at Home Depot for $215.00 out the door. Runs and cuts great. Planning on getting another and converting one to a 7900.

You do enough complaining without even owning one!
 
If your 535 is in good shape I wouldn't sell it unless you just want something lighter. I still have a 111s that is an antique and weighs a ton, when it's in a log ( I won't pull it out for less than a bunch of 30" cuts ) your not carrying it and will go through anything. Newer saws are definitely lighter but, my point is, when you have a saw that's always run well ?????? Keep it for back up...

There's nothing to maintain.

Clean the air filter from time to time - put a new spark plug in every couple years - don't put straight gas in it
 
I noticed the Ebay listing also says you can make an offer. You might get it for less than asking price. Especially if business happens to be slow & they have several of these sitting around. Doesn't hurt to try.
