Hello
I have a beautiful cream coloured Jotul 8 that I am wanting to sell, but would like to know what a fair valuation of it would be. It's from the 1980s and is in pristine condition and has a screen that fits over opening when door is open.
I would appreciate any advice!

That's an original 8 and it looks to be in perfect condition. It's very rare to see an ivory model in such nice shape. Unfortunately this is the end of the heating season so getting top dollar may be harder. In September that stove would go for at least $1000 -1200 in the right market and possibly higher. Your local market may vary but I wouldn't sell it for less than $800.

You could try advertising it in the Toronto marketplace (kijiji?) for $1200 and see what happens.
