Englander Model 25-PDVC upper auger quit working. Cleaned the stove, both augers will turn. Lower auger working fine. Upper auger will not work. If you connect the wires from the lower auger to the upper, it will work. Reconnect the upper auger wires, upper auger will not work. Thoughts? Vacuum switch?

Cleaned, cleaned, cleaned the stove and venting? Have you checked the vacuum lines for clogs, cracks or splits? Checked your limit switches? Checked door and/or hopper gaskets (dollar bill test)?

Safety switch!! The hopper switch got me a couple of weeks ago here. Stop working right after I filled the hopper and opened the lid ... no click from the safety switch.
