Can someone tell me how to replace the bricks in the back of my Russo #1 c/w? I have the manual, but it doesn't say a word about replacing the bricks. I bought it used. I got the old bricks out but I can't see how the new ones go in. I removed some sort of shield to get at the old bricks. There's a piece of metal that runs across the top and one across the bottom to hold the bricks in place and they don't seem to be removable. There are two bricks that seem to be made for this stove on either side, and it looks like I can't get the grate out without removing the side bricks. If I could get the grate out, I think I could get the new bricks in the back. And, of course, I can't get those side bricks out. I don't want to break up the side ones to get them out because they cost $80 each. Can someone tell me what I need to do? Thanks.
