Any tips on what to use to kill Tree of Heaven ? I keep cutting them down to the root but I am getting tired of doing so.

Sounds like chemical warfare may be in order. Something that is pulled into the roots for a full kill. I've been ridding myself of kudzu and a couple of other invasive trees using Brushtox. Spraying down the stems does the trick. It's pretty well targeted, it's not a ground clearing kinda thing but may be something to try. Devil's Walking Stick isn't on its "list" but it does the job.
