This article was in my local newspaper today. Looks like the guy was hurt pretty bad when the log he was dragging flipped up onto him. I can't really visualize how this might have happened.

Sounds like when going down hill, the log caught up to the tractor, was lifted up in the air by the treads of the rear tire, and hit him. Must have had a pretty good shot to the head. I hope he recovers from his injuries.
