We had a flat roof replaced this last week. I had the workers cut the existing roof into large pieces as they were demoing it and throw it off to the side for me. This old roofing is about 1/4 in thick and heavy as heck.
This is the average size that I have, the black side was the side that was on the insulation boards. This side is nasty and stinky. I will put this side up on my stacks and let the sun work on them for a while.

This is a pic of the top side of the roofing material. It is painted silver and I will put this side down on top of my wood stacks. This side looks good and is clean.

This roofing material is very heavy which I think is a good thing. Does anyone see anything wrong with using this on my stacked wood?
