Afternoon All.
Still working on the instal of my P36 Harman. Ive got the wall removed where its going to go (My house is a Cape. There was a wall with a built in hutch seperating the living room and dining room, that is the new home for the stove)
The question I have for today is regarding thermostats. First of all, has anyone put one of these stoves on a thermostat. From what I can understand is that when you run it in this mode, it runs wide open when the unit calls for heat, then throttles back to an idle in the meantime. The First question Ive got is, is it worth it to go to thermostat mode or just get the feed and fan comfortable and leave it? Question number two is regarding the use of remote wireless thermostats. Anyone ever used one, and if so what were your results?
This is the model I am looking at : (broken link removed)
I kinda like the idea of being able to control the heat from my bedroom (upstairs from the stove) as needed.
THanks all and have a good weekend
Eric
