I've purchased THERMOGUARD device 14 years ago with no issues (problems). Until last night. The device self-program itself. I think this problem was operator head space and timing. I've email to John in the morning and received a reply that day. I've called John, and he, by phone told me what to do.

Now this device is functioning at 100%, just liked I brought it 14 years ago.

Recommendation: If you have hot water base board and running a wood stove during the cold months. Buy this device.
