We just installed the pelpro pellet stove. The installation was extremely easy; however, when we finally got it started it ran for maybe two to three hours and the stove made an "alarm clock buzz" sound which coincided with the auger cycle light. As a result, the auger would not feed pellets to the burn pot thus causing the fire to go out. We checked the auger and it felt a little bound up, but after turning manually it loosened and spun freely. But the problem continues to reoccur. In short, we have repeatedly shut down and restarted the stove with the same results. What do I do?

Two possibilities come to mind.
Check the auger for burrs that may hang up on the flight tube. They usually can be ground or filed down. Also check for foreign objects in the auger.
It is possible that you have a bad gear box on the auger motor. Unlikely, but possible.
