Suggestions on a new multi-flue chimney cap

The cap I have on my chimney is not great -- it's very heavy, and does not have good airflow.

I'm in Tahoe, lots of snow, so the gable top is nice, but is it necessary?

What I want:

1. easy cleaning access
2. less creosote buildup / more airflow
3. Material? My sweep told me SS is the way to go, but aluminum would be appealing

The chimney top is 60" x 30.5"

You can get a stainless cap with the same basic look but a removable top and larger screen. You don't want aluminum
