Hello, I have a 4 year old Castile free standing stove. It works great. Flame is good, burn is good, it’s clean, the whole ten yards. Only issue is when the thermostat tells it to kick off, it shuts down, and then once the thermostat calls for heat again, the stove does nothing. No exhaust fan, no convection fan, no pellet feed, no igniter. But the red call light is on so it’s seeing the thermostats request it just ignores it. It has happened overnight the last two nights. All we have to do is push the reset button and it starts up just fine. Auger is primed pellets start feeding immediately. Any suggestions??
