I put the tstat on hoping to save pellets, so far doesn't seem to be working. I have my stove on hi/low. Should I put my stove on the highest setting? these past few days/nights it been cold and I only have had the high setting on my 3rd heat setting and have my stat on 70 and on my 3rd heat it is not really going over 70 degrees. So my stove is not dropping in the low setting because it is not making over the 70 mark, so I am not really saving any pellets. Now if I put my stove on the highest setting it will definetly make it over 70 but how much more pellets am I using with it on the highest. Make sense?
If I drop the tstat down to 69 degree then my wife and kids are "freezing".. I don't know, I guess I should just try it on high and see what happens i guess..
What do you guys keep your tstat on and stove on?

I have mine on setting 4 one below high, I also use a programmable t-stat and it shut off when we are not at home during work. I set mine on 70.
