On my first fire my control panel showed an e-1 message and the fan wood not kick on the pump was running.I only put a small amount of wood in for the test . After a while of burning
control panel showed e-1 and e-3 and fan never kicked on.Then i opened the air bleeder screw
on top of the air separator and lot air in lines could that be the problem.

There is another post describing the same E-1 code and the solution was to unplug the EKO a few seconds then plug it back in and turn the EKO off then on again..Search E-1 code,Good luck Dave

your basic reboot, lol. Wiggle wires first, then reboot. Same reccomendation for any high tech stuff. Then ask for help.

Can't see where this would help but isn't E-1 an error on the pitcher
