Hello so I recently did a full clean on a St Croix auburn pellet stove it was the first time of the year , it is a manual ignition unit I established a fire in the pot, started the unit and it takes over feeding then the distribution kicks on after a few minutes but the unit runs for a couple minutes good and then The distribution kicks off and the board locks out the only button that works is the on off. Any suggestions I ran the stove in manual mode

Sounds like the proof of fire snap disc. Usually near the combustion motor. Connect the 2 wires on it and insulate them. They cannot touch the stove. After connected start stove and see if it runs normally. If there is a failure it needs to be rest by the start button that is only one active

Does either the #2 or 3 heat light flash once it kicks off?

I had thought that but I wouldn't think the room fan would come on and the unit feeds pellets on its own after the fire is established it's just after it gets up to temp for the room fan it cuts off after a few minutes

Could be possible a loose wire at the common block, the proof of fire switch or the control box
and last but not least the control box itself

Id have to lean towards the control board, programming was corrupted or leaky components on the board

Same here...

Maybe try unplugging and reconnecting the connections on the board and any others you see. Could be a loose connection? Its worth a try
