I have moved into this house and ther is a squier insert and the people who lived in the house before me cut the wires and hard wired it to the power cord. can any one tell me how it is supossed be, and if you have pic please send them, i like this fireplace insert i just want to be safe when useing it... it has a three prong toggle switch and a thermodisc i think it might be a one speed fan from what i can tell 2red wires 1 green wire and 2 black wires comeing form the unit and they took the two black wires and wired it to a power cord... please help :question:
