Has been real cool in PM, have run the stove a few times. Esp if there is some dampness. Last couple of days have been fantastic. Mostly because I can work in the yard without being eating up by the bugs. Both the wife an I have been recovering from infections related to bug bites.
Bought some pellets at Tractor supply, I think they were $4.98 or 4.88. Anyway, they were down a buck from where they had been. Had a $10. coupon to use for any purchase $25.00 or more so thought pellets would be a good use. They had Maine Choice available today. Never know what they will have. To them, pellets are all the same.

Near the MA - NH border 79 this afternoon, about 55 in the morning. Sunshine. Great to be outdoors! Nice very light breeze too. Who needs pellets?

High 70's to low 80's during the day..... High 40's to low 50's at night here in Warren County, NJ along the Delaware River.....

Mid 70s during the day- 50s at nite.

Best time of the year-
weather is great and kiddos are going back to school!
woohoo!

in a word...NICE I hate the muggies. Love the fall. Football, foliage and cooler temps.

High 70's/low 80's during the day,
50's at night. Gotta love it when
I don't need the AC or the heat. (broken image removed)

Same here too! very comfy temps. No heat or a/c. House temps are great for sleeping at night and a little chilly in the am around 67º.

This time of year has to be the best! My son and I went out fishing yesterday. Just had a beautiful day. Leaves are just starting to showing color on the tree tops. Weather was awesome, just a little breeze. We always look forward to our fall fishing days together.

May we all have a nice fall!

42 again this morning...
Comfortable in the house though, my ranch gets plenty of sun during the day.
I won't run the heat until the inside temp drops. Hopefully that won't be too soon.

Still... not too early to load the hopper?

70's to low 80's. Upper 50's to mid 60's at night. Still getting in the pool. A bit chilly at first but not bad once you get used to it. I think its going to get covered next weekend though.. :-(

Ditto on the pool situation. Will probably close it within the next week or so. It can just stay like this straight through October, I'll be happy. However, I DO like winter! I'm a cool/cold weather person. Never liked the hot summers much...

Low 70's during the day, upper 40's at night. My house gets no solar gain with the mature white pines all around, so as soon as we have daytime highs lower than the desired indoor temperature, I gotta fire up the stove for a few hours. Looks like that will be happening sooner than later. It is 64 inside right now - teetering on the edge of needing a fire.

My house is nice and cool in the summer though, open all the windows at night, the house cools down, then close them all in the morning to seal the cool inside. Warmest it ever got in the house this summer was 79... even with the 90s we had for a while in August.

Low 40's this morning a bit chilly, but getting into the 70's during the day. House is staying warm for now, usually mid october before the pellet stove comes to life for good. Fall is roaring in.

Central OK
85 and 65 all this week.... even an 88. Pellet stove won't be on untill late Oct. usually. Although this month has been unusually cool. Oct may be cooler yet.
Still shopping around for my pellet fuel.

mid 70s day time and around upper 50s to low 60 at night.

Looking at 10 day forecast, it looks like we might need to start burning in the coming days...
