we have a clear view vision 500, we have had this stove for 4 years with no problems. We moved house, the stove came with us and was installed a year ago, since this time we find that when ever the fire is low for example in the morning and we Load her up and open the draw a horrible smell fills the house. We also see some chrystalized stuff on top of the fire cement and can here a sizzling noise. Can anyone help this is staring to really annoy us..
