Slightly grey color to stove

does anyone else whom owns the 30nc or any stove for that matter, see greying of the black paint happening?
This is the second season with the stove, it’s been up in the 7/750° range a few times, once it gets over 675/700 that’s when the blower comes on. It’s not turning white, but def a dull black almost grey.
