Hello everyone. Fist time poster here. Just got my new Royall 6150 indoor coal/wood boiler down the basement. At almost 1000 lbs it was a fun job. Used my engine hoist and built a 6x6 wood cradle over the stairs and swung it in from outside with the help of my kids. Anyway, the plan is to hook up with my old Peerles oil burner (soon to run on Vegatable oil). My plumber says that the oil burner circulator pumps are "push pull" type - above the burner on the supply side (3 zones) Anyone see a problem with Push/Pull circulators or have a schematic? The intstruction manual has the pumps on the bottom.
Also need a Dump circuit - any Ideas? Was thinking of just running a few basebord lengths in the basement.
A new Burnham 119 gallon Indirect water heater is coming next week also and will be plumbed in at the same time and will have its own zone which makes 4 zones. Do I need a 5th zone for the Dump curcuit?
