It seems like they added some more stuff to their website since I visited them last. They have a lot of pictures of the plant and inside the plant. I thought it was interesting they fill their bags with pellets upside down.

That's the end with the integrated handle. So, you fill from the bottom and heat seal.

Also heat seal and cut the sides to form bags from the roll. Alternatively, bag manufacturer may have done this and added perforations between individual bags.
