Retro fit for anchor teeth?

The used 660 I was going to buy is now next years maybe, since other expenses have cropped up. My father-in-law gave me an old Partner saw, that while only having a 16" bar, cuts better than the Stihl 310 I recently borrowed.

One drawback is that it has no anchor teeth at the bar base, which makes bucking large rounds more challenging. Well, besides not having any safety features also..=D

Are there any anchor teeth plates I could mod this saw with? Anyone do anything similar?
 
Check Ebay.They often have various sizes/styles of felling/bucking spikes that fit certain models,some are even NOS factory ones.Type in make/model of saw,that should lead right to any parts.

The saw is so old the only identifier I could see is that it said Partner Jubilee: 1959 - 1979. A cursory google search did not come up with anything.

Most of the paint is worn off as well as any decals with the above exception. Tonight when I get home maybe I'll take the chain guard off and see if there is anything there.

Think its going to be older than than that. They used to make Pro saws and very good ones. He said it ran better that a 310 my money is its an old Prosaw! There is a few guys on here that has one.

Got it! Should be able to figure it out from there....Nice pic's I think its going to be a 65cc saw.

It most closely resembles the S50, without the stop. Complete with the Jubilee sticker. 1949 to 1979. My bad on the year before.

Looks to be built like a poulan pro 330.
 
It definitely says Partner on it. Besides the Jubilee sticker it's the only identifier visible. I'll take some pics if I can remember tonight. Maybe take the guard off and see what I can find.
