Hi there -

Wondering where you all purchase replacement parts? Years ago, I used Home Depot & Pellet Stove Parts 4 Less... but then out of the blue, the motors i was receiving from both were not functioning properly. So then I started purchasing direct from Englander.... the only issue now is when Englander is on back order. I tried Pellet Stove Parts 4 Less again & omg it's 12 degrees outside & 85 in my living room on a ONE setting, with the top of the Stove hot enough to burn your hand. This is ridiculous. And I bought the OEM version, too.

So I'm asking... when Englander is on back order & you're in an arctic blast with a pellet stove down - where are you ordering parts from???

I use PSP4 less most times, but there is no doubt using OEM and the warrantee behind it but everybody seams to be back ordered, i will never be cold i have back ups of everything lol. Or i fix it

I was hopeful buying the OEM part from PSP4L but I'm STILL having issues. Anyway, I've got one from Englander that'll ship out in 10 days... and I'll smarten up & order another one to have on hand next month.

Is your convection blower that blows the heat out the front of the stove working? If not the top of the stove will get very hot.

Yup, working fine! It's the crap auger motor from PSP4L that I'm shipping back to them. I had an old direct from Englander auger that I wasn't sure worked or not... popped it in, thankfully it works & stove is running exactly as it should now. Still have a delayed in shipping back up motor coming from Englander.

👍👍

My last parts order was from Earth Sense. Pellethead.com I believe. Received fairly quick, and the motor it was replacing was a pellethead motor I picked up from a local dealer that isn't a dealer any more. I will probably using them from here on as the closest dealer that stocks parts is about 70 miles away.
