replacement parts (lennox country stove)

is there a parts store or warehouse that sells pellet stove parts? especially country stove which I have. I been looking on line but haven't come up with anything yet. the dealer I bought the stove from is your best friend until you buy the stove, then brushes you off, never calls back (had a warranty issues. he gave me the parts and I fixed the stove because he didn't know when he could get out to repair it) and there's another dealer in Southington I asked to see if they had a brick backing and they asked if i bought the stove from them, I said no then they quoted me a price that was 33.00 higher than the list price of the part.
it seems like in the stove business there is not alot ofchoices choices. I'm in the automotive and use to be in home appliance bussiness and had alot of choices of parts to choose from.

thanks for the replys, I found a brand new one online very reasonalbe. I will keep you all in mine if I need something during the heating season. i guess buying parts for this type of stove is not like going dowm to the local parts store.
