We have been using our what I think is our Wonderluxe B2350 very occasionally since last year - and have never emptied the ash pan. I just tried to remove it in order to empty it, but it only comes out half way. There's a lever above it that I activated, but, while it seems to loosen it a bit, it doesn't really do too much. Definitely doesn't enable me to get the pan all the way out for sure.
Any advice? It's pretty full - and there's more cold weather coming up (and our heat pump can't get to temperature, so, with a leaky house, it's pretty chilly in here).
