This yard bird looks like some branches budded, but didn't leaf? I'll keep an eye on it and see if they are still gonna leaf out..

In 2006 we had a very bad infestation of tent caterpillars but because they waited too long on spraying the town, it didn't get done until 2007. We haven't had that problem since.
If you walked through the woods here in 2006, you would have tent caterpillars in your hair an on your clothes. Once they hit the ground they came out in one big moving mass, our cellar wall looked like one big moving hair piece once they got on it.
