Hello, another season, another error code. This year we got one I’ve never seen before. “15-Triac Screw”. All my research seems to point towards a system board issue but that’s seems like a very broad stroke. Has anyone else ever seen this issue before? The auger appears to be turning as expected, it fills the pot without any difficulty, the stove starts up and runs normally. Sometimes it runs for a few hours, sometimes for only a few minutes. If the auger was sporadic I would assume that it was the root cause of the error but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Did you end up getting anymore information in this by any chance? I have a ravelli Roma with the same screw triac code, seems my augur consistently runs when it use to turn on and off as needed. I did do a factory reset on it and the code came, not sure if this is just a coincidence or not.

Don't know for sure but screw maybe another term for the auger. The triac is a electronic component on the main board that with other components turns the auger motor on/off. If the triac or any of the circuit that controls it is failing or has failed, could trigger that code.

Don't know about Ravelli stoves but I was an electronic field tech for 40 years.

Hey rzr, no definitive cause or solution for this at this time but from what I’ve read it’s more than likely something wrong with the system board. I’m waiting for a service call in November. If I hear anything I’ll post it up. I think a Harmon Allure is in my 2025 plan.
