Ravelli - Magnus FLow zero - issue

Hi, please is there anyone who has experience with Ravelli magnus flow zero?

we have this stove on winter garden and need use only sometime.

when is stove cold i can load pellets and start and works without problems many hours. but after cleaning load pellets and present flame - AL05

im really desperate from this. Have this stove 3 years and every year same problem.

I do not have experience with that particular stove, but it sounds like your stove is not getting hot enough during the start up cycle to then go into the work phase to heat your house. If you manually load some extra pellets in the firepot, does it start up and run?

There is more than likely a setting you can change that will make your stove push more pellets out during startup! Send a photo of your control unit and I will see if I can help further
