I installed this Francesca about 6 or so years ago. From the time it was new the cleaning rod/mech only pulls out about 3/4 inch then hits a hard stop. I remove the flame trap to brush clean around the tubes but the cleaning scraper is of no use as it works now. I believe there might be a miss located assembly screw or other assembly error that is blocking the scraper from fully extending. Anyone ever run into this odd ball situation? After a few years of problems with this stove it’s finally running well the past couple seasons.
